Gift card outages

Our eGift supplier has had some major outages across several brands, which are out of our control and unrelated to Snip closing. The outages will be affecting everyone with an eGift still in date, and fixes are being made by the supplier to ensure all valid gift cards are honoured.

If you're owed a refund on an annual subscription we'll be in touch - there's nothing you need to do.
